Similar to our servicing we undertake 3rd party maintenance for UPS systems and Batteries for any brand UPS systems of any capacity.

Annual Maintenance Contract on comprehensive basis. During this contract period we do periodic Preventive Maintenance of the equipments and batteries to avoid any down time. The healthiness of the batteries, the nature of the load on the UPS and the surrounding conditions for proper ventilation are checked during this preventive maintenance visit. Aricent-Service Plans can be used with any manufacturer's UPS product line and it's the most comprehensive service coverage in the industry. Aricent-Service plans prevent potential down times, and take steps ahead of time to prevent any catastrophic failures.

Standby: will be provided free of cost if the break down is more than 48hr.

The batteries are checked for their healthiness with the help of gadgets and weak batteries are identified and the customer is advised for its replacements in advance. The quality of the charger voltage and current as well as the ambient temperature is also monitored for enhancing the life of the batteries.

In case, there is a sudden breakdown of the equipment beyond AMC and warranty period or the equipment is damaged due to external reasons then the UPS is serviced on one time cost basis
